Community events vary enormously, from a 50-person resident gathering to a 2,000-person national day celebration. Sky High Events has the supplier network, the operational infrastructure, and the experience to scale appropriately. We don’t oversize small events or underserve large ones.
Every programme includes full production management, licensed suppliers where required, authority coordination when needed, and an on-ground event management team from setup through close.

We organise a wide range of community events including residential activation days, CSR programmes, cultural celebrations, national day events, charity fundraisers, open days, tenant events, and educational institution events. Yes. We deliver community events across all seven UAE emirates, with frequent programmes in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. We also support GCC-based community events in Saudi Arabia and Qatar for existing clients.
Yes. For public-facing events and community activations that require permits, including municipality approvals, Dubai Events approvals, and RERA-related requirements — we advise and manage the process alongside you. Lead times and specific requirements depend on the event type and location.
For standard residential or internal CSR events, 3–4 weeks is typically sufficient. For large-scale public activations, national day events, or programmes requiring authority approvals, we recommend 6–8 weeks minimum to ensure all logistics and permits are secured comfortably.
Absolutely. All our programmes are built around your objectives, brand identity, and audience. We incorporate corporate messaging, branded materials, values, and themes into every element — from the welcome experience through to the close.
Yes. We manage both through our established UAE supplier network. From food stations and live cooking to cultural performers, children’s entertainment, sports facilitators, and branded giveaways. All suppliers are vetted, appropriately licensed, and briefed to your programme standards.
